The God Emperor is the title of the world's leader alongside with the Chairman of the Congress. The God Emperor is also the ruler of the city of Undelwalt. Bound to the Remnant Harmonium.

The first God Emperor was Wagram, also the former lord of Undelwalt around 1,000 years ago. He was the lover of Queen Flaumello IV of Glenys but later betrayed her and married Marion Marshall after he destroyed the kingdom of Glenys.
