I'll be honest, this page kind of feels like a mess. It's only purpose seems to be to place all the weapons restrictions on one page, but it is an eyesore to look at. The alignment is bad due to the sort buttons, and the collapse/expanding links make it feel unnecessarily cluttered. I'm not sure this format serves any real purpose if proper subcategories existed on the main weapons category page.

Any suggestions for cleaning it up? My first thought was doing away with this page all together and creating subcategories for each weapon type. A lot of them are currently individually categorized like Small OR Axe but nothing for Small AND Axe where all Small axes would get their own page generated for them, and the link would appear in the expandable section on the first category page. So instead of stopping at Weapon Type -> Axe it would flow more like Weapon Type -> Axe -> Small Axe. It would also apply to Race specific drill downs as well so Qsiti -> Small -> Axe would get you just small weapons instead of getting all qsiti weapons medium and small with the current setup.

The only reason why it looks that cluttered is because of the new wikia look, leaving only 66% of the window for the actual content. If it were still under the previous Mono look (or changing it to the MonoBook look), it would look exactly how it should have looked. Needless to say, it caused more than a few headaches when the change happened, including the monster drop tables skewering the monster's infobox. This is as close to what it looked like before. Weapon level Edit

I'm can't find this from searching and before going to have to test, I hope this question was answered before :

What is the exact amount or percentage of Attack does weapon level increase? At first I though it was 10% for everything but then I notice differences.e.g: Shielding Hawkwind =189 ....SH+1 = 201 (+12 absolute value or 6%) Buer Dominus=151.... BD+1 = 166 (+15 absolute value or 10%) I don't remember any other exemples that's why it's hard to conclude.

Is the reason weapon type(katana, sword, axe)? or is it the difference for being 1h weapon or 2h weapon?--Punkaiser (talk) 02:55, September 8, 2012 (UTC)

It's a percentage addition. It's been documented here: Weapon Strengthening and Weights. It's purely based on the growth rates the equips are assigned, which is tied to their equip rank and equip type (Common vs. Enhance vs. Epic). Zephyr (talk) 03:05, September 8, 2012 (UTC)
