It spawns on the path going south around location H-11. Only Nussknackers and Jhana Shamans will be up.

PC only: You can see Swallowtail Devil as soon as you enter Berechevaltelle on the right (you need to change camera position but don't need to move) if you have Character clip distance in FIELD SCREEN section (graphic settings) turned up high. Sometimes only top of it's colourful wings is visible.
