Oswald is a mysterious man. Resides in Nagapur. It seems like he holds some secrets and knows something about Rush. He is in fact the previous Lord Hermeien of Nagapur, as well as Marina Sykes (adopted) and Wilfred Hermeien's father, and grandfather to Irina and Rush Sykes.
