Can be found in the Passage Way Tier on the balcony at location E-10. Head left after climbing the ladder. No Jhana Fighter or Shellfly enemies should be present. PC only: Also, check 7-Year-Old Larvae in the Sweeping Safehold, 17-Year-Old Larvae in the Underground Tier, Bandit in the Central Tier, or Miura in the Central Tier. They may spawn along with Lympha.
