Can be found in the Senecio Section. Go in from the south (the route you don't need a key for), and you will see it standing to the right of the world map transporter at location C-9. Check to see if Bandit and other monsters are NOT present in the entrance of Senecio Section first "E-J-4". PC only: Can be present here during Blooming Flower, Singing Bird or For Love the Bell Tolls quest.
