Can be found in The Searing Cauldron. Located on the big dune (H-6), between the big hole on the west side and the tall-like-tower rock close to the center of the area, south of pillar 3. Looks exactly like any other Spiritlord that can appear here, so check them with targeting so you don't miss him. Spawns at the aforementioned location when the following conditions are met: Deathclaws and secondary monster, Grand Beetle (place holder for Hellbiter/Lil' Salamander) are found in Searing Cove; Only Deathclaws and Grand Beetles are found in Searing Cauldron.
