This location is non-missable. You visit it by going through The Aqueducts at the end of disk 1 during the Time to Save Irina main story events.
To regain access to Wyrmskeep once on disk 2, do the quest UFO!?. Even after this, it is not accessible from the City Map; you have to go through The Aqueducts to reach it.
Cherry Pavilion[]
One of the last remaining parts of Wyrmskeep. It got its name from the cherry blossoms engraved in its ceiling – an adornment that can no longer be seen.
