Spoiler warning: Location

When Character clip distance settings are set to max (PC only). Can be found in The Speckled Chasm at location F-1. If the Dominator spawned, the following conditions have been met: No Imps or Hypnoses will be present. Head into Blackdale - The Speckled Chasm' and take your first left. As you travel you should see/fight 3 Spiders followed by 1 Skull Scavenger. 2 Spiders where the Imps normally are. 1 Skull Scavenger at the beginning of the bridge. 1 Skull Scavenger on the bridge. You can see the Dominator's wing to the right while crossing the bridge if it has spawned. Also, check Talk:Blackdale for spawn sequences. XBOX only: You can not view the Dominator from the entrance. PC only: You can see Dominator as soon as you enter Blackdale if you have Character clip distance in FIELD SCREEN section (graphic settings) turned up high. So just keep exiting and re-entering Blackdale until you see the big bird in front of you, across the chasm. You don't even have to move after entering the dungeon, because you will see its wings immediately.

Notes

• Uses Curse on the first Turn.
• Uses Mana Well at the beginning of a turn from time to time.
• Recovers from status ailments the next turn.
• Does not respawn (Jade Golem will spawn instead).
